[(nutritious eating = healthy) + (lots of exercise = fit)] = happy!

Do ya like my math?!? ;) This little equation is kind of becoming my motto. It is so true. When I'm eating good and exercising regularly I feel SO much better about everything in my life!
I'm trying to cut out all the foods and junk that are dragging me down and incorporate in more, and more, healthy stuff, while increasing my flexibility, core strength, stamina, and just all around fitness! These posts may be boring to you guys, so you don't have to read them...they're really more a way for me to keep myself accountable then they are entertainment for you. ;)

This week I will :     Do 20 push-ups a day-I know, I'm super weak ;(
                               Run a mile every day
                               Do 50 sit-ups a day
Do assorted stretches every day-focusing on lower back and inner hip flexibility
Pay attention to/record what I eat
                               Practice Volleyball EVERY DAY!!!
work super hard at V-ball practice on Mon.
Really, really, perform my best in ballet on Tues and Thurs!

Now, I'm not gonna be super strict on myself because right now my schedule is INSANE and there are things that I'm forced to make higher priorities than this stuff. Sadly. But, I am going to try my hardest!
Also I'm going to try and go to bed every night by 10:30! and get up every morning by 7:00! Which is a HUGE deal for me! And on Saturday I did a  5K! Which- I'm ashamed to confess- but I did walk some of. Still though...it was fun :)

Sarah and I after finishing the race! (Sorry for how terrible I look!!) ;)

Just a little side note...lately I can't stop singing This or This or This or This or This or This so, if you have time you should check out these beautiful songs :) They make me happy!
